Yup, today’s FROS is none other than Nathan Fillion who plays the intriguing CASTLE on the show by the same name. All I can say, is wow. I love how he reacts to that kiss when he knows she’s not looking.
Nathan Fillion is adorable. He’s FROS material from his crooked grin to the sparkle in his eyes, to his oh-so-rock-hard-abs.

Haven’t seen castle before but due to the fact that I am from the UK ABC have blocked the video so I can’t watch it!! he is still cute though but now I’m curious to see the video. I”m a CASTLE fan! I also have the SERENITY movie that he was in (though I must admit that I hadn’t watched the movie thoroughly…). I also heard that he’s the voice of The Green Lantern: something. NOT the Ryan Reynolds movie, but the animated version of the same character. I’m truly rooting for him as Richard Castle and his chemistry with Beckett.

There’s no better way to start the day than with a little Nathan Fillion. He really does have that delicious little twinkle in his eyes, doesn’t he? Which you see a lot in Castle. I love a man with a great sense of humor. In my book, it’s one of the Three Must Haves. Actually, in all of my books!

Elaine, FROS stands for For Refreshment Only Sunday. Every Sunday here on Mt. Olympus, we have a little refreshing set of photos or videos to get our week off to a kicking good start. I, personally, do HOURS and HOURS of research, looking for just the right set of photos of just the right guy … it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.

OMGosh! I’ve loved Nathan since I got hooked on FIREFLY…which was too short lived. Thankfully my hubby bought me the box set after SERENITY hit theatres. As soon as I saw his handsomeness was going to grace CASTLE’s cast I was all in :0)
As for that kiss…I’ve been waiting for that! It had everything. Suddenness, cuteness, fire, and of course that little quirky face only Castle (Nathan) can pull at the end while Beckett’s back was turned. Can’t wait to see what other OMGosh moments these two pull :0) There have certainly been some humdingers to date!

I love love love Castle and that kiss was HOT!! I’ve been hooked on that show for the last two years and was so excited when that kiss took place. It was so funny because I watch my shows late at night when the kids are sleeping, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to hear a thing. I watched the episode and deleted it off my DVR and the next day my husband asked me to turn it on. He never likes my shows, so I was a little confused. I guess while he’s been complaining he’s been paying attention to the show. I told him it was deleted and then he made me go through and explain the episode and kiss. LOL, it was a funny moment

I adore this man. When Firefly was cancelled I was so upset that I can say I hated FOX for quite awhile. I even loved him on Buffy as the evil minister (hummm, weird). Then thank GOD, CASTLE arrived on the scene. I don’t know what is more adorable….. the innocent “what?” look or that little smirk with a sparkle in his eyes.

Fun clip. Castle is in my top spot lately for fav TV show and I reserve the time slot for it. Nathan Fillion is sure pleasant to look at, but did you notice how he’s always a step behind Becket. The playfulness between them is what keeps me coming back for more please. Oh yes, the smile and way he raises one eyebrow get to me to.

I also love that show. He is so Fros. He is so hot I’d go on a date with him in a heartbeat. I usually don’t throw myelf on a guy at the end of our date, but I would jump his bones in a heartbeat if he asked me too. I also agree that it’s way bad that you can’t show the picture to us.

He is very easy on the eyes! But I have to agree with the commenter who said it is even more important that he is a nice guy. Seems like a lot of good looking people think that is all they need to get by in life and are quite unbearable to be around. Tom Selleck is another one I have always enjoyed looking at and he has always seemed like a real sweetheart too.

I’m so glad you guys love Nathan Fillion as much as I. He’s such a character on Castle — totally sexy and yet has a touch of … would you call it innocence? Adorable goofiness? Whatever it is, I fall for it every show.

I adored him on Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place (although I did think that his girlfriend didn’t treat him well enough) and I’ve watched a few episodes of Castle and he’s pretty good there as well.

Love Castle…I’m an addict of the show. I make a special DVD of all the shows that I tape since I have to work and watch them all at once. I also love the books that have come out from the show…it makes you enjoy the show while you read.

Yes, indeed, a gorgeous man. However, my heart pit-a-pats a little faster for George. George, as in Clooney. *sigh* That man is unbelievably fantastic. Funny, talented, smart, and sexy. Here is my situation. George is in my town (Cincinnati) right now filming a movie. There are George spottings everywhere. It is incredibly difficult not to abandon all of my obligations (job, motherhood) and run to the nearest location sent via Twitter for a glimpse of gorgeous George. However, what do I do if I actually see him? Will I feel worse knowing that he likely won’t even notice me? Will it be deja vu of my high school freshman days? So, for now, I dream about George and prefer to live in my fantasy world. Happy Anniversary, goddesses!

Loved him on the series “Firefly” and then the movie version “Serenity”, his personality and wit and chemistry with Stana Katic (Beckett) makes Castle the “total” desirable man!! His chemistry with Ryan and Esposito ain’t bad either!!!

Nathan is a truly beautiful man on both the outside and inside. He shows an obvious love and appreciation for his family and the luck he has had. He is also a huge promoter of literacy which is important to me as I am a Librarian (Library Tech for those who know dif) http://www.kidsneedtoread.org/
And most of all he is a fellow Canuck and we want him back btw! LOL
I loved Firefly and miss it terribly, but I am really enjoying his character on Castle and the relationships between him and his mom, daughter and I agree with Sheila above the chemistry and fun between Castle, Ryan and Esposito.

I fell in love with Nathan Fillion when he played Joey on One Life To Live. I have both copies for Richard Castle’s hardback books. I’ve read them both, several times. I also have all the DVD’s for Castle. I can’t wait until March 6 for his Firefly to begin reairing. I was miserable when they took it off the air. What a hunk. Now I have to search the web for the nude pics that I noticed someone blogged about.

I loved Nathan from Firefly and Serenity (I even have the DVDs) but have yet to watch Castle—obviously an educational deficiency which I’ll have to correct! And I’ve been truant from the goddess blogs and have totally missed FROS! I have a lot of catching up to do!

Nathan Fillion is my favorite male actor. I am so glad you featured him! I have loved him in everything he has done. He has class and humor and humanity!
