Yep, I’m B-A-A-A-CK! I’m pre-empting FROS for a very special reason–because A Lady Never Surrenders comes out on Tuesday. And my inspiration for the hero, Bow Street Runner Jackson Pinter, is none other than David Gandy! Like Gandy, Jackson is a self-made man and modest. Because they’re SO much alike, I had to really get into the character. So I just HAD to do thorough research on the man who inspired him.

What can I say? Life as a romance writer is SO difficult!
Sabrina, I don’t know how you and Karen do it. Looking at hot men to inspire you to write such wonderful books that give me hope for a happily ever after looks like such hard work and I don’t know if I could be so dedicated.

Happy new release week. Can’t wait to read Jackson’s/ David’s story. I think I’ll read it slowly, like enjoying a fine wine.

The problem with the Internet is there’s so much available. As soon as I watched the first video, then I had to click on the thumbnails and watch those videos and I’ve just lost a good half hour when I should be doing some work! But, oh, what a way to go! He is gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS and will definitely be in my mind while I’m reading about Jackson. Thank you so much for all the hard work you do for us!

I can’t imagine your patterning your main character on a better man. Will I be able to purchase your book in the U.S.? There are many handsome men in the fashion industry these days but the thing that stands David out from the rest of the crowd is that he is every woman’s dream of prince charming. He is a gentleman of the classic mold, mannerly, well spoken with high ideals. There is a definite reason David Gandy has impressed so many people in the world. He is chosen. He is extra special and I think most of us would like to see him bring to life our dreams of heroic characters just because so few of us have had real romance in our lives and we crave romance.
