Looks like I’ll be the first to answer, so here goes!
1. I was born in: 1956
2. I have __0 brothers and __1 sister.
3. I was a first child. This affected me in the way I tried to make her do things, and she wouldn’t let me. Quite frustrating!
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is being able to create stories that make people forget about the real world for a while.
5. If I won a million dollars (I’d rather have euro’s!) and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be nothing frivolous at all. I’m not too wild about shoes, clothes, cars etc. I don’t have a car anymore (conscious decision) and I only buy clothes that will last me a couple of years – the same for shoes. Expensive, but they keep over 10 years. What I wouls so with that kind of money is stay at home from work and enjoy my spare time writing and travelling.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of DUST??? I neved find the time to clean properly, can only do it once a year when we have holidays.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is I have an exceptional high IQ, I try not to disclose it because it makes people look at you like you’re something out of a zoo, but sometimes I forget and then I mention I can see on view how intelligent someone is (and when they measure it, it will be correct), or where they’re from, …
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:00 am.
Nicki, lol! I was thinking more along the lines of “I was born in Virginia.” and not a year. That just goes to show how important it is that I be very clear when I ask questions.
Btw, I’m with you on the DUST. I just cleaned out my closets for the first time since I moved into my house. I won’t tell you how long ago it was, but I sneezed and sneezed!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:40 am.
I was born in:
The 80s
If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be:
An Aston Martin Rapide Sedan
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of:
Stuff
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:
I can jump out of a plane, but I can’t jump into water
Somewhat off topic, but I can’t help bu gush. I’ve been reading Danelle Harmon’s De Monteforte series… soooo good!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:15 am.
Archer, an Astin Martin? You’re a Bond Girl at heart, aren’t you?
They are GORGEOUS cars.
Btw, I looooove Danelle Harmon’s De Monteforte series. They’re simply awesome.
(And you can jump out of planes? Wow, woman!)
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:42 am.
I’ve never been into sports cars so I blame the Aston Martin obsession on SEP’s Natural Born Charmer
I love heights. So far I have done the dare devil dive and paragliding. Looking forward to trying sky diving.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 9:16 am.
Oh, I LOVE that book. I forgot there was an Aston Martin in it, though. I can see that I need to reread it … soon.
Let me know how the sky diving goes. There are some places near Orlando that offer it and I’ve watched them do it a few times. Some people seem to really love it.

7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:
I am very shy unless I get to know you.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:33 am.
Judy F, that’s so funny that you are shy in person, because you seem very outgoing here.
I saw on one of the fashion network shows where a designer would take all of her clothes from the front racks of her closet, and put them in the back, and move the clothes from the back to the front. She said it kept her from wearing the same outfits over and over. I’m going to try that because I’m like you and tend to not wear a lot of things that are in my closet.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:45 am.
There are people in real life who have front and back rows in their closets???
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 1:34 pm.
Yes, and it surprised me, too. Some people have ‘small room closets’ instead of ‘normal closets.’ I envy those people.

Fresh, I see you as a risk taker, too. That’s interesting that it came from being a younger kiddo, but I can see how it would.
Btw, that’s a HUGE accomplishment. We’d all be happier if we would just refuse to get bent out of shape by the unimportant stuff.

Posted on July 5, 2012 at 6:55 am.
Stonehawk, that’s a lovely thing to be proud of. In fact, I want to say congrats to you, too! I bet your Gramma was SO PROUD!
It’s interesting that being an only child left you at home ‘play acting.’ Do you ever participate in the theater now? I bet you would be excellent at it. After all, you’ve had all of that practice!

2. I have one younger brother.
3. I am a first born, and very responsible. Some might say controlling, but I prefer “delegating”.
4. I am the most proud of my children and the wonderful people they have grown into. Although, I believe it has more to do with the grace of God than anything on my part.
5. If I won a million dollars, I would spend a huge portion of it on traveling to Europe, and touring England, Italy and France.
6. When I look in my closet, I see alot ( and I mean a lot) of black clothes. I love wearing black and have multiple items of everything in black.
7. When I love, its forever.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 7:02 am.
Lisa, it’s rare that great kids don’t have great parents, so … take a bow, chica!
I had to LOL at your ‘delegating.’ I wasn’t a first born, but I have that same flaw.

7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I didn’t get married until I was in my late 40′s.

Send all those clothes you don’t wear anymore to Goodwill! You’ll feel good about sharing them, and you’ll get the gift of space and of not feeling guilty anymore every time you see those old clothes.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 1:36 pm.
Mmmm, a house on the water. That would be my dream, too, I think. And yes, with a library and a huge garage and — hey, can I just come and live with you? Maybe if you just added a guest house . . . ?

Posted on July 5, 2012 at 7:15 am.
Kathy, I’m darn jealous of your auditory memory. I can’t remember ANYTHING … not faces, names, things I hear, or anything. That’s an uber cool Superpower and I wish I had it!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:13 pm.
1. I was born in Olean, NY. In the 70s. Now almost ready to put the For Sale sign up on my house in NC. A move to Savannah is next.
2. I had 3 older brothers. I’m down to 2 now. (Really feel like it might as well be 0 now)
3. I was the youngest child, and only girl. It made me learn how to be tough because my brothers would beat up on me. Oh and a little spoiled also! But just a little.
4. I thing I’m the proudest of is having true love. I see people struggle all the time and I am so thankful that I have a relationship that is lasting and true.
5. A million dollars? IDK. I would buy a small home in Ireland!
6. There are a lot of clothes I don’t wear in my closet. I am not a clothes freak.
7. Hmmm. I am a nature girl with a unique love of birds. I am also very quiet.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 7:16 am.
Love your comment about true love, Kelly! It is something to be treasured.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 1:36 pm.
Ireland … sigh. I would LOVE to live there. Well, I think I would as I’ve never been. I’ve been to Scotland, though, and that’s on my Love To Live There List, so I expect Ireland will be the same.
Btw, have you seen the movie, The Matchmaker? It’s set in Ireland and oh my gosh, so beautiful!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:14 pm.
I love birds, too. We don’t have as many varieties in Colorado as in other places, but I treasure them.
I have some Irish friends coming over tomorrow. Bet they’d make great neighbors!

Gina, I’ll post my answers below, so be on the look out.
It’s cool that you and your family have such a great relationship. That’s precious beyond words, isn’t it? But I had to laugh because you ALSO said that you and your siblings always want to be in charge, so I’m now picturing these very exciting family gatherings — noisy, debates going on here and there, but a lot of love and respect, too. Lovely!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:22 pm.
1. I was born in New Mexico, and have a serious yen to move back, but that probably won’t happen until I retire in the very distant future.
2. I have one brother.
3. I’m the oldest by 19 months and 10 years…It is like my brother is 10 years less mature than I am. DH is one of the youngest in his family. I don’t get along with the oldest sister in his family because she hasn’t figured out that I’m a big sister, too, and therefore, can’t be bossed around.
4. The thing I’m proudest of: My kids. I don’t gush about them here, or really anywhere on the internet because I think it is dangerous. Besides, this is my adult time. I’m also proud of the work I do on the library board. It has been satisfying to get some projects done.
5. If I won a million dollars, I would probably build a house. I inherited this past winter. So, I blew some on my Camaro SS. 12 HP, 6 speed. Now, I can run away from my problems really fast
6. When I look In my closet, I see a lot of clothes, even though we weeded about 3 months ago. I also see the closet organization system that DH installed to keep our clothes separated.
7. Something most people don’t know about me: I started smoking 2 years ago, and haven’t been able to quit. I had a weak moment and haven’t fond the strength to correct my mistake.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:28 am.
Amanda, I don’t know what you look like, but the second you told me about your new car, I could picture you driving with your hair in the wind and singing Viva Las Vegas. What a terrific thing to do with a windfall! You’ll enjoy that for years.
Good luck with quitting smoking. I know it’s hard, but oh, it’s so tough on your body. Have you tried hypnosis? I have two friends who swear by it.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:27 pm.
You can do it. Yesterday marked my 2 year anniversary from quitting! It’s not easy, but well worth it.

7. Something that most people don’t know about me is that I graduated UW-Madison with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:40 am.
Kez, go PACK, indeed! (Especially #12!)
And WOW, what a HUGE family! I bet there was a line at the bathroom. I had a large family, too, and I spent so much time standing in line for this and that, that many of my best memories are of conversations and jokes that happened in those very lines.
(Btw, I want to see your closet now. Shoes are my passion.)

I was born in Austin,Texas in 1963.
I have 3 sisters and no brothers.
I am the oldest child making me the “mother hen”

When I look in my closet I see my husband’s clothes-he has more clothes than I do.
Something people don’t know about me I love to cook.

Susan, they’re the real ‘friends with benefits,’ aren’t they? :0)
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:41 pm.
Gail, now that’s a generous, lovely way to spend your extra money. And yes, I would love to come and hang out with you on your private beach and eat chocolate and read books, so please put me on the guest list.

I was born in Lafayette IN 1961
I have 1 sister
I am the oldest child, when my father had a heart attack I became the responsible one at home.
If I had a million dollars I would buy an Aston Martin
when you look in my closet you see lots of tshirts
something people don’t know about me is that I have been in an opera as a chorus member.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 9:24 am.
Angela, so you grew up quickly. That’s difficult, but also very brave of you. And you’ve been in an opera? I have 0% singing skills. That’s ZERO. But I’m a darned good audience member and truly love hearing others perform, so I have my place in the music scene.
Do you get the chance to sing now?
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:45 pm.
1. I was born in: 1981
2. I have 0 brothers and 1 sisters.
3. I was a only child until my sister was born. This affected me in the way I: see myself as a person
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: that I am the first person in my immediate family to go to uni.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: a queen sized 4 poster bed in oak but with a mahogany tint (for New Guy I would probably get him a Bugatti Veyron which we saw on Top Gear the other day. Seriously sweet car!)
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: junk but that is because I am just too lazy to clean it out.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: my exact weight which I will not be telling. I also have an interest in archaeology and wanted to be an archaeologist when I was younger.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 9:47 am.
Kally, congrats on being the first to uni! My dad was the first for his family and his mother is STILL grinning about it. That’s a big, big accomplishment!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:46 pm.
1. I was born in: Toronto, Ontario Canada
2. I have 4 brothers.
3. I was a second child, and only girl child. This affected me in the way I learned that things in life were not always equal.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is, I am the only one of my sibling to finsh school. High school at least. I did a semester at collage.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be a Jaguar. Green with white leater interior.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of, Purple and Green.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: my closet is colour co-ordinated.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 9:53 am.
Kathleen, your closet is COLOR COORDINATED? Honey, can you come and do mine? I would love to have more organization in my closet, but have no idea where/how to start. It’s neat, because I just went through it and thinned it out, but it’s not coordinated. That would be totally dreamy, though. Then I could always Find Things. Wow, I got shivers just writing that!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:47 pm.
1. I was born in Georgetown, TX in 1970
2. I have 1 brother and 4 sisters.
3. I was the ‘ours’ child–my mom alwasy described it as ‘his, mine and ours’ and I was the ours.
This affected me in the way I deal with a lot of things. I was around a lot of adults because my parents were 46 when I was born, and my nieces and nephews were the normal ages of cousins. Also, I was raised by a completely different generation than most kids I knew, so I grew up with a different set of values…and I like them and wish they were still revered as they once were.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is, at the moment, my daughter and what a good mommy she is…I’m blessed to watch her interact with my granddaughter.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be our dream house…HUGE kitchen, big garage so the hub’s boat AND my car could fit, plenty of land for the pets and kids to play, and a pool and hot tub.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of junk I need to throw out. That’s been my catch all for a few years, and I’m dreading clearing it out, but I’m planning to do that this summer. Yippee….
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is I was on the dance/drill team in my high school and was one of only five on my squad to get invited to participate in the World’s Fair in Australia. I didn’t get to go because it was too expensive, and Mother didn’t have the money and I hadn’t worked enough to save it…BUT I was invited nonetheless, and that was a huge accomplishment. $3500 in the late 80′s was too much money at that time (it’s STILL a lot of money to me!)–round trip air fare to Australia, 7 days hotel and expenses, plus missing that week of school.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:29 am.
Julie, I can see why you couldn’t afford $3500 — that is a fortune, especially for a family with kids. Wowza. But still, what an honor! You guys must have been super good to get that invitation, too.
Btw, what you said about your daughter is beautiful and such a gift.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:51 pm.
1. I was born in Bronx, NY in late 50s.
2. I have 2 brothers.
3. I am the youngest child and the only girl. My brothers are 8/10 years older. This affected me becaue I was the baby and the princess.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is that I kept my promise and took care of my mother till the end of her life.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be a beautiful watch.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of clothes that don’t fit.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is that I would go and skydive any day of the week.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:31 am.
Philomena, I helped care for my ailing f-i-l, too, and it’s one of the hardest, but most loving thing I’ve ever done. I know how much that must have cost you, personally, and I am sending you big Well Done Hugs from Orlando.
And you’re a sky diver, are you? That’s too much excitement for me, but I do enjoy watching the jumpers here. It doesn’t hurt that they have an awesome cafe, so I can munch on some incredibly good food while doing so. Win-Win!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:54 pm.
1. I was born in: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
2. I have 3 brothers and no sisters. (Unless you count in-laws, then I’ve got 5 brothers and 3 sisters)
3. I am a youngest child. This affected me in the way I: Am! I’m the youngest and the only girl, so I was either included in my brothers’ games or I was left to play barbies in my bedroom by myself. Thus the reason why I am a video gamer today. My husband thanks my brothers for it!
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: (two things) 1. My sons–they’re the best thing that ever happened to me. 2. I am a newly self-published historical romance author. I have not sold many copies of my book (mostly to friends and family), but I am incredibly proud of myself for completing it.–I am now half way through book #2!
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: A summer home in Scotland.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: Pink and Purple.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I have hypothyroidism. I developed it shortly after my first son was born. It’s actually a very common problem with people, they just don’t know it. I discovered it by my doctor suggesting I try to lose the baby weight, and when I told him that I exercised vigorously for an hour a day and nothing was coming off he got me tested.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:52 am.
Forgot to mention the year I was born… 1985.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:54 am.
You’re a mere youth, Cheri!
And congrats on publishing your book! I take it that it’s Scottish set? And it’s a big, big deal that you finished it. So many are called, so few reach The End. That’s WONDERFUL!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:04 pm.
Thank you! No, it’s actually a Regency romance set in England.
It’s called LOVE’S MISADVENTURE. I think it was rather odd that I chose to write about England since I’m somewhat obsessed with Scotland. I think it’s the accents that I get hung up on. I’ll have to practice more before I write a novel with a Scottish fellow in it, I think.
I thought so, too. Just finishing was an amazing feeling! Then, of course, came the editing (sigh). But I had beta readers and they helped out a lot.
I may be young, but I married at 21 and have been with my hubby for almost 10 years… My mom always said I was ‘older than my age’, so it makes sense that I would be married with 2 children at the age of 27.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:41 pm.
This is always such a fun chance to read more about the names we see on your blog each day!
1. I was born in: Iowa (30 years ago on Sunday)
2. I have _2_ brothers and _2_ sisters and 3 step sisters.
3. I was a (first, middle, or youngest) child. This affected me in the way I: I’m the oldest, and generally am the one to marshall the troops for holidays, projects, etc. No, I don’t like to be bossy, but I go to that place if needed.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: My brother. He has leukemia, and is a true fighter with a very positive attitude. I think this helped him beat it in the first round–and he’s still doing great!
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: A vacation for my family. A real one–where we all had separate rooms (and/or cabanna’s) so we aren’t liable to kill each other by the end of the trip.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: Cardigans (particularly black cardigans). I have a problem–my family and friends tease me about it constantly.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I go to church to recharge. If I’m feeling off, or need to think through something, I just sit in the pew and let my brain ramble through whatever the problem/topic is.

Haley, I love Quiz Day, too. And happy birthday on Sunday, as well!
I’m so glad that your brother is doing well. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to try handle such a thing, but here’s to his spirit, and the family who has been nurturing it.
I love your church-quiet-time. When I was a kid, I used to do the same thing. I’d just sit in the back pew and somehow, no place was quieter or safer. I’m glad you have your sanctuary – no pun intended.

1. I was born in Houston
2. I have 1 brothers and 0 sisters.
3. I was a (first, middle, or youngest) child. This affected me in the way I: I’m oldest, and oftentimes have felt the only adult in the family (this includes my parents.)
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: I have had the courage to take quite a few risks with my career(s) and each has paid off in pretty cool ways.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: a house.. or a major round the world trip to hit places that are still on my list and others I want to see again.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: dark colors with some jewel tones mixed in – but not a very exciting wardrobe (I am not a clothes shopper)
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I have owned an art/craft/quilting store and a liquor store.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:56 am.
Sheridan, I’m not a clothes shopper, either, and I have way too many black and brown clothes. I don’t know why, but apparently I’m repelled by colors, but only while clothes shopping.
I love that you’ve owned both a craft story and a liquor store. I’m learning to quilt and it always make me yearn for a glass of wine . . . and after having that glass of wine, I sometimes talk myself into doing even BIGGER projects than I can really handle, so I can see why those two would make a terrific supporting investments.

1. I was born in Jersey City in January, 1961.
2. I have 2 sisters, no brothers
3. I am the oldest, although there have been many times that I have felt like I’m not. Growing up, my 2 sisters, who are close in age, would band together against me, making it 2 against 1.
4. I am proudest of being the Aunt of 14 wonderful nieces & nephews! I am also very proud that I have been teaching religion for almost (as of this coming September) 33 years.
5. If I won a million dollars, I’d buy a great big house with a wrap around porch and a beautiful backyard. Then I’d head straight to an adoption agency to find a little person to share that home with me & my husband.
6. When I look in my closet, I don’t see enough space & not enough clothes that I can use every day.
7. Something that people don’t know about me, this is the most difficult one for me because I am very vocal and probably share too much. I guest it would be that I wish that I could have met my husband at least 10 years before we actually met, so we could have had children together. He is a truly wonderful, exceptional man and would have been such a great father!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:00 am.
Maria, you have FOURTEEN nieces and nephews? WOWZA! I only have one of each and that often seems like too much, especially when they bicker.
I hope you get the bigger house AND (if it’s ok with your dh, too) an adopted child, as well. What a generous thing to wish for! That also sounds like a wish that could come true.

1. I was born in: In Colorado 1962 (Yes going on 50) raised in New Mexico
2. I have _2 brothers and _2 sisters. One real Brother and sister and an Adopted Brother and sister
3. I was a (first, middle, or youngest) child. This affected me in the way I: I am the Youngest, and some times I feel that my older brother and sister did not take me very seriously.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: that I have a wonderful Hubby and two great kids
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: A nice home that I can be proud of.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: clothes I don’t wear any more
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: that I cannot take a complement to good, I feel that people want something from me when they say something nice about me when I know what they say is not sometimes they mean.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:21 am.
Patsi, I understand what you mean about feeling uneasy taking a compliment. Growing up, I always felt as if it was bragging to just sat ‘thank you,’ which always seemed to me to have an ‘I know’ feel to it. I’m better now, but it took me some time.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:18 pm.
1. I was born in: New Jersey
2. I have 1 sister.
3. I was a youngest child. This affected me in the way I: got away with more than my sister.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: my children
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: a boat
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: black clothes and lots of sandals.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I am a cancer survivor
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:26 am.
That’s awesome! We lose too many good people to that awful C.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 1:09 pm.
Just another reason that you rock! Along with your inspiring photography talent.

Thanks guys
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:27 pm.
SuzyQ, congrats on being a survivor! Someone gave me a book called Rocking the Pink which is about a cancer survivor and it was a beautiful read — made me weepy and happy at the same time.
Btw, when you described your closet, I wondered if you were accidentally looking into mine. That describes it exactly!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:23 pm.
Congrats, SuzyQ! A true testament to how strong you are.

1. I was born in: Pawtucket, RI in 1992 on January 27th or the 28th (depending on who you ask. I was born in the afternoon and my birth cerificate says the 27th, but my mom and all the nurses said it was the 28th)
2. I have 1 brothers and no sisters.
3. I am the oldest and was very close to being an only child. My mom went in to have a hysterectomy, but found out she was pregnant with my little brother.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is:my library (I have over 10,000 books, 9,000 of which are Romances. Yes, I keep an inventory of what I have.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: A bigger house, I need more room for books.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: Black and Hot Pink, almost everything I own is black.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: that I don’t have a sense of smell. I lost it when I was little due to a head injury. I also have an allergy to hot water, which I’ve had since my mom gave me my first bath in warm water. It’s not as bad as you might think because I’ve never known what it feels like to have a hot bath and I’m used to it by now.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:30 am.
Tara, I’ve never heard of anyone who was allergic to hot water! That’s fascinating. And no sense of smell, too? Wow. You’re very unique!
I am in AWE of your library. I have about 1000, and that’s wayyyyyy too many. I can’t even imagine having 10,000! WOW!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:24 pm.
I’m jealous of your collection of books! One day I’d like to have my own library of books, but that day is sadly far… far in the future.
I have a cousin that is allergic to the cold. It is really difficult for him during the winter… he’s got to drive everywhere and not have a single piece of skin exposed. Yowza.
I’m glad that your allergy has not affected you as badly!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:46 pm.
1. I was born in Montana.
2. I have 2 brothers and 4 sisters. While I’m the third child, my older brother and sister are 5 and 6 years older than me respectively, I am the oldest child of the second family.
3.While it’s rare to get all 7 of us together, my younger siblings treat me like the oldest, and so do my 2 older siblings. It feels kind of weird. During college I always ended up being in charge of group projects. Now, I avoid PTA because I don’t want to be in charge of a bunch of women who are SAHMs, but really want to be working, even if they can’t admit it to themselves.
4. The thing I’m proudest of is my kids, who are 9 and 12. They’re both very smart, determined, but best of all, not afraid to be themselves. I hope that they both can retain it thru middle school. My ds starts 6th this fall.
5. If I won a million dollars, I’d build myself a jewelry studio, and hire someone to do my etsy listings because it’s hard to find time to do that.
6. When I look in my closet, I wonder does a man really need THAT many grey sweatshirts, and that he should get rid of some because I need more closet space.
7. Something most people don’t know about me is, in person I’m a little shy in the beginning, but more comfortable once I get to know you.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:55 am.
Janae, I love your jewelry! You shared it with us on the BB when we had that up and running. You should post your etsy list here — is it up and running?
I had to laugh at your closet comment. Hot Cop gets only about 1/3rd of our closet because of My Shoe Collection and he’s always asking me, “Do you really NEED all of those shoes?” To which I reply, “Yes.” Because well, I do.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:27 pm.
You really do need all that room for your shoes. My dh (got a think of good nickname for him.) will on occasion ask me just HOW many vintage shoes do I need to own. I just tell him that I’m saving history, and there’s no limit on saving history.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:42 pm.
I just thought of something you’d never be able to know about me over the internet. I’ve Brown’s Syndrome in my left eye, which means I can’t look up – EVER. I compensate for it by always having my head a little to the left. My eye dr discovered that 2 years ago when we were talking about my Brown’s Syndrome. It was diagnosed when I was 3 years old, which makes my case congenital. There’s no “cure” for it – just a surgery that has only a 50% success rate – so I plan to continue to go thru life with my head turned to the left, lol.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:30 pm.
Born in Los Angeles county, but my mother never bothered to get my official birth certificate and was able to get by without it for decades by typing and notarizing my name and DOB on a piece of paper! So until I was an adult, I believed I was born in Orange County because my parents said their first apartment was near Disneyland.
Only child.
Proudest of my husband for doing what it takes, the progress my autistic son has made, and my creative ideas that come to fruition.
When I look in my closet I think I don’t have anything to wear, even though it is plenty full. Lots of stained things I save for wearing around the house and for projects. And things that are wrinkled–if I waited until I ironed to put things away, everything would be on the floor. Or rather, more things would be on the floor. Also, I think about how much I would love to donate all of the things that my husband doesn’t wear, but he is one of those men with a t-shirt collection that spans three decades of memories. Also, to get him to try clothes on to see if they still fit or not is nearly impossible.
If I won a million dollars of course we would move into a house with a yard and fewer neighbors to bother. But I wouldn’t consider that a frivolous thing. The frivolous thing would be something cosmetic for myself. I’ve never liked my chin and it would be great to have whiter teeth (though they patched one up with some goo to match the color of my teeth, so I’d have to have that redone to match or live with one yellow-tipped tooth).
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:57 am.
Nicole, I had to laugh at your mom’s deception. What an innovative woman!!!
And your husband’s t-shirt collection — oh, the memories they have of their old shirts!

I was born in 1980, in small town in New York, my kids were born in the same hospital which I think is pretty awesome
. I have one brother and we HATED each other growing up and didn’t become friends until he was his third yr in college! He got a girlfriend and we became friends now I have a rocking a SIL. I am most proud of my 2 daughters, love them to pieces. If I had a 1M I would buy a hippos and sponser them in Africa.
you said frivolous, I would have said books but they are not . My closet is stuffed with papers, pictures, knicknacks, books, stickers etc … I keep saying I will be organized and well not this month and I’m betting not next month
. What people don’t know about me hmm that’s tough I would say I don’t know how to be myself. Wow that was way to serious um I pretend I’m a mermaid in the pool! Much lighter
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 12:00 pm.
Karen, I’m so glad you reconciled with your brother! As for not knowing how to be yourself, perhaps that’ll come with age. I don’t think I was very good at that when I was your age, either, but in a way that was good for me because I tried out a bunch of different ‘me’s before I found the one I liked the best and I was every bit of 40 before that happened.

1. I was born in Minnesota
2. I have 0 brothers, and 0 sisters
3. I was an only child and NEVER spoiled…dang it! But I can easily enjoy being alone as I can mingling in a group of people.
4. I’m most proud that I saw my first book through to its publication, and that I absolutely adore my family. ♥
5. With a million dollars I buy a Suped-up Sandrail and a boat, honest, and then pay my house off. Plus I’d try to help people out where I could. I know–vote my Miss America, right–but we’ve struggled before…
6. In my closet are too many clothes I think I’m going to get back into one day!
7. Something about me, huh? I did Horse-Barrel Racing when I was younger and won first place. It was at Girl Scout camp, lol…but I did it for 6 years and loved it! ☺
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 12:15 pm.
KB, congrats on the publication, AND the fabu family. You are truly blessed! That’s awesome about your horse-barrel racing days. I’ve seen that on tv and thought it looked much more fun than where they just jump.

1. I was born in: 1988 in Preston, Lancs, UK
2. I have 0 siblings
3. I was a (first, middle, or youngest) child. This affected me in the way I: All of them! Being an only I think made me very very imaginative, my relationship with my parents and my fiercely independent streak.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: Getting my masters completed 3 months after my Mum died, and then graduating with the rest of my class.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: Aston Martin DB9 (that’s James Bond’s car in Casino Royale btw)
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: clothes that I should really sort out!
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I was always terrified that when I was 25 my mum would die, as my mother’s did, and that she had to make it til I was at least 26 (which she didn’t), and I’m scared that I’ll leave my kids (if I have them) too early. That’s horribly serious and depressing, sorry. :/
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 12:30 pm.
Angharad, so you’re yet another Aston Martin fan. We have a lot of Bond Women on this page!
I think most women – certainly those with crazy-active imaginations like most of us – worry about dying while their kids still need them, so you aren’t alone in that fear. I’m sending you big hugs and the hope that you get to dandle your grandkiddos on your knee before it’s all said and done.

Posted on July 5, 2012 at 12:46 pm.
eviqn, I think we have the same closet … I bet half of the clothes in there have been in the same place and on the same hanger for over a year. It’s sad.
I love that you said this: I am a very private person with an open persona. What a wonderful way to say it!

Sadly, I have a lot of them in Spacebags so they don’t take up so much room and I haven’t opened them in over a year (closer to two).

I follow celebrity gossip, too. So tell me, were you surprised about Katie and Tom Cruise’s split? Do you think she can win total custody of Suri? I suspect it’s going to get ugly.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 6:11 pm.
No, I wasn’t surprised about Tom and Katie. Tom is a nutjob!!! I hope Katie gets full custody of Suri. I don’t like The Church of Scientology. Three of their most famous members are Tom, John Travolta, and Kirstie Alley. Enough said!

I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1946.
I have 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
I’m the oldest. This affected me in the way I wanted to take charge of things. Not so much anymore.
The thing I’m the proudest of is my granddaughter, although I also like my sense of humor.
If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be a condominium. Although I have as much space as I need, a larger place, with someone to come in and take care of it, would be nice. A non-frivolous thing would be a new kidney.
I don’t have a closet, just an armoire. I see a nice variety of colors in place of the black and white I used to wear.
Something that most people don’t know about me is I’m really shy even though I appear outgoing.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 1:15 pm.
dbrown, I love that you not only want a larger space, but also someone to come and take care of it. I’d have that same qualification if I were to move up in house size, too.
Btw, I’ve known several people who went through kidney transplants and felt terrific for years and years afterwards, so I’ve got fingers and toes crossed for you that you get a donor soon.

4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: buying my own house as a single woman. That and my guide dog flunky passing Search & Rescue training!!
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: the parts to repair my Dad’s first car. A 1969 MG-B convertible, cherry red.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: black clothes. I need to expand my color selection… :/

I’m an only child and want 3-4 kids. My friends think I’m nuts
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:35 pm.
I think that’s awesome. I kind of feel sorry for only children, especially when my grandma’s health declined because my mom had to do everything by herself. When my grandma died 3 years ago, it was really hard for my mom. I think having a sibling would have made things easier. I know that my grief was made easier because I had my sisters to talk to in the months after our grandma’s death.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:15 pm.
Susan, congrats on #2! I’m so happy for you, but oh, how I’ve been loving those cowboys. I’m glad we’ve got more coming soon!

1. I was born in NYC, NY in 1957.
2. I have 1 sister who is 8 years younger than I am.
3. I am the oldest child and supposedly the responsible one but I’m sort of a control freak. If it’s going to be done do it once and do it the right way.
4. The thing that I am proudest of is that I can speak quiet a few languages. I am fluent in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Creole(Haitian dialect) and English. I can get by in Italian, German and Arabic.
5. If I won a million dollars I would love to take a cruise around the world along with 2 cousins also named Elsie.
6. When I look at my closet all I see is black, white, different shades of blue. My favorite colors.
7. Something people don’t know about me is that in the summer of 1980, I went to Egypt and helped out in dig for one month. I consider myself an arm chair archeaologist. Also since I have a minor in psychology, every person I meet I usually do a little analysis about them to see what makes them tick.

That is incredibly cool to go and do archaeology in Egypt! I

Elsie, you and two MORE Elsies? That would be a TRIFECTA of ELSIE! What fun!
So you excavate old cultures and people’s minds, too, hm? What fascinating hobbies, both of them. I got to help excavate an Indian village once. Someone was building a bank in Virginia, and accidentally dug up an ancient village. The local historical society got a 48 hour injunction so that they could dig up all of the artifacts and take pictures of the way things were. Everyone in town showed up to help. It was one of the coolest things ever.

1. I was born in: New Orleans
2. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister.
3. I was a first child. This has made me bossy.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: Writing all these books!
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: A home in Scotland or England.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: Depends on the closet. Most of my closets are in good working order, but my office closet is a nightmare. Too many old binders and mss. and frames and just general crap. Can I say crap?
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 2:43 pm.
At first I thought you wrote you have a lot of depends lol
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:08 pm.
Lol, Archer, I read that the same way!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 6:26 pm.
Oops, somehow I missed the last question.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:
I wear gas permeable hard contact lenses because my vision is so bad I’m legally blind. Fortunately, I’m not so blind that it’s not correctable with contact lenses. Unfortunately, getting glasses can be problematic sometimes, because I also have bad astigmatism. The hard contact lenses correct well for that. Glasses do not.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 2:48 pm.
Did you ever think about LASIK? Before LASIK it was getting to the point where soft contacts weren’t working, and gas permeable contacts weren’t an option because they never seemed to fit right. Both eyes used to have astigmatism, but my right eye was WAY out of the norm. Fortunately, I had the correct corneal thickness to get LASIK and that the dr thought he correct the astigmatism. It’s been 4 years since the surgery – and it’s amazing. Of course, I expect in a few more years that I’ll have to get reading glasses, but I’m ok with that.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 5:23 pm.
I think I’m edging into the “too old to get it.” Plus, I’m just a little wary of it. I like my contacts–I find them comfortable, and I’ve been wearing them for forty-two years (yes, you read that right–not the same pair, though, LOL!).
Sadly, I’m already in the reading glass stage.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 11:20 pm.
Sabrina, I never knew that about you!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 6:27 pm.
Sabrina, I can relate to the bad astigmatism, and being almost legally blind. I have the LASIK done and it was great until I got older and needed reading glasses. so I had to get glasses again after having the LASIK done. Now I am back to wearing contacts Right now I am trying soft lens but I think
I will be back to wearing the GP lens.

I was born in the Philly suburbs.
I have 3 sisters and 1 brother; I am the youngest
I am most proud about raising two young men who make me proud and are good people
If I won a million dollars I would buy a house on a lake to use as a retreat.
When I look in my closet I see too much stuff. Time to pretend I am moving and do a major clean out.
Something most people don’t know about me is that I have an unexpected girly girl side to me.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 2:55 pm.
Madeline, I’ve never thought of you as being unfeminine, but you’re not a frilly sort of woman. I’d like to see you being frilly, so I’m going to be watching you at RWA. Heehee!

1. I was born in: Saginaw MI – now a ghost town due to the collapse of the auto industry – grew up in Vassar MI very small town.
2. I have 6 brothers and 3 sisters. Yes you read that correctly there are ten children in my family. We managed to survive with only one bathroom in the house too!
3. I was a (first, middle, or youngest) child. This affected me in the way I: I am the youngest. I can listen to people spout advice ad naseum and it can just roll off me.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: Leaving a bad marriage and then finding a wonderful man to share my current life with.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: A house on the west coast of Ireland – nothing big.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: clothes that don’t fit me.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:I thought about becoming a nun.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 3:15 pm.
Kate, ONLY ONE BATHROOM AND TEN KIDS? Wow. And I thought we had it bad with so many kids and two bathrooms.
I will never complain again. EVER.
And you thought about becoming a nun . . . wow. That’s a huge decision and I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone who actually thought about doing that. It’s pretty cool that you felt so strongly about something to consider a life long commitment. Here’s to your passions! It appears that they are very strong, which is a gift.

1.) I was born in Phoenix, AZ. I have lived in AZ my whole life.
2.)I have one brother and no sisters.
3.) I am the youngest, and because of this I easily apot when MY youngest is baiting her older sister. Getting my older brother in trouble was my FAVORITE activity.
4.)The thing I am most proud of (except my kids) is going back to college at 36 and earning a 4.0 for the first year.
5.)A hair salon wash sink and chair. (Including someone to wash my hair for me.)
6.)When I look in my closet I see a lot of t-shirts and jeans. I am very casual, unless forced otherwise.
7.)Something that most people don’t know about me is that I have a couple books I have started. They are very personal and dont show anyone.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 3:41 pm.
Becky, a 4.0? That’s phenomenal. Congratulations!!!
As for your books, sometimes you have to write just for yourself. And sometimes, you want to share. But they both take a lot of work and effort, so you should be very proud, whether you show it to anyone or not.

1. I was born in Ft. Payne, Alabama, in 1965.
2. I have 2 brothers.
3. I am the middle child but have almost no middle child angst because there was a 9 year gap between my oldest brother and me and I was the only girl. However, I have had to play peacemaker between the brothers most of my life.
4. I am proudest of my three sons.
5. If I won a million dollars, I would buy a lakehouse for my husband and sons and take us all on a holiday to Germany for me.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of clothes that I should give away. Again. It’s not like I don’t do this periodically, they just seem to accumulate.
7. Something most people don’t know about me is that I am in awe of the Spanish National Football Team. Seriously. They just won their third major tournament Sunday with Euro 2012, being called the greatest football team ever. They are talented, gorgeous and have spawned some of the cutest kids I’ve ever seen. Totally FROS-worthy, Karen. Just sayin’.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 3:57 pm.
MistyK, oh the Spanish team is already waiting the FROS wings. They are AMAZING and yes, I think they probably are the greatest football team ever. Such talent! And those abs … wow.
*sigh*

Yes, those abs and that hair and those thighs and those eyes and…please be sure to include a photo of Jesus Navas’ eyes. Looking forward to it. You are so good to us.

6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of my husband clothes, he’s trying to commandeer the closet.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is sorry there isn’t much that people don’t know about me. I prefer to be an open book that way people know the really me.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 4:25 pm.
Melody, we’re glad to have you!
I’m going to have to google to find a picture of the Coach bag you described. I don’t think I’ve seen one like that.
As for your husband, maybe it’s time to pait a stripe down the middle of the closet to stop his Closet Creeping. It’s time to reclaim your full 50%!

And you’re a dramatic soprano? Get out, girl! I can barely hum, so I’m jealous.

1. I was born in 1983, in central Indiana (near Indianapolis)
2. I have one brother and one sister.
3. I was am the oldest child. My brother and I grew up together and were very competitive, and at the same time we are very different people. We have very different interests, hobbies, and personalities. It wasn’t until we became adults and moved apart that we realized how much we also had in common and became friends! My little sister is 12 years younger than I am, and we have a relationship that is a cross between best friends, sisters, and mother/daughter. I would donate bone marrow for that kid. Being the oldest in my family is, I think, part of the reason why so much of my family (including my parents and some extended family) come to me for advice, for a shoulder to lean on, etc – I had the unique experience of mothering my entire family while in high school and it changed my perception on life and my family’s perception of me.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: I am not proud of very much. The woman my little sister is becoming and my small part in that, I think. She graduated high school this year!
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be a humongous vacation all around the world to see all the things that I have read about but never seen in person! And a really awesome new computer, and a laptop. BOTH. I need more gigabytes!
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of clothes, organized by type. Dress pants and business casual/dress shirts and fancy shirts on the top bar, t-shirts and casual wear on the lower, then sweaters, camisoles and wraps on the other upper bar, drawers full of undies and such and a basket of jeans and pjs! I have a great closet setup (it came in the house that way and I love it). I wear almost all of them. I love clothes.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is that I suffer from depression and fibromyalgia, so I deal with chronic pain, sleeplessness and depression symptoms. I have been under treatment with my doctor for a while and things are improving, but most of my friends and family don’t know, because the few people I have told seemed so shocked (saying things like “But you are such a positive, upbeat person. You’re not sick!” or “Fibromyalgia isn’t a real disease!”) that I felt it was easier to keep it to myself, since people didn’t believe I could be depressed. How would they know anyway?
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 6:47 pm.
For amusement sake, I will add a few more curious factoids that many of my friends do not know:
I originally went to college on a full scholarship for art, intending to become an illustrator. Specifically, I wanted to paint book covers! Funny now that most are photoshopped, and I now work full time with computers (but not in design at all).
I dropped out of college 3 times before finally graduating (this year actually).
I’ve been married and divorced.
I’ve worked as a fast food peon, 1 hour photolab technician (yes, people do bring in pornographic pictures to be developed), high class waitress, short order cook, food delivery person, dishwasher, archaeological assistant (player-with-dirt), electronics retail person, cashier, bookstore clerk, census taker, administrative assistant, web designer, and now network administrator.
And things my friends know, but none of you do: I like to knit and I run a Dungeons & Dragons game every Sunday at my house.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 7:00 pm.
Monica, you are a busy, busy, BUSY woman! I’m impressed with so many things — that you’re finishing college, that you’re dealing with so many health issues and yet found the time to post such an upbeat (and funny) post, that you’ve got so many cool hobbies … wow. You’re amazing!!!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 7:05 pm.
Thank you, Karen. I have led an interesting life! Sometimes I wonder if parts of it might make a good book. Maybe I’ll link a picture of one of my D&D games and one of my knitting projects (or many other hobbies that I didn’t list… hah!) sometime!
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 8:06 pm.
Monica, your cat picture looks like my new rescue, Neko! We have twin cats.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:11 pm.
My avatar is named Pixel! I have four cats, but Pixel and I have a very special bond. She curls up under the covers with me at night and waits for me to get out of the shower every morning. I bet Neko is gorgeous, too! Pixel is actually a purebred Siamese, a lynx point. I also have her brother, Bamf, a more traditional Siamese kitty. Then I have two rescues – a tiny black house panther named Bagheera and a chubby white kitty with a black tail and a black spot on his head named Nika.

4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: my kids first, my ‘new’ relationship (we’ve been together eight years, and married three), and being able to share my stories with others.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: a house on the coast somewhere — Lake Tahoe, perhaps — large enough that my kids and their (eventual) families could come for vacation.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: Black. Brown. Black. And more brown.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I once saw a plane crash.

That is so awful about the plane crash. This past summer I was behind a car that crashed on the interstate. A little girl was killed, so tragic.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 7:31 pm.
Oh, no! Terrible, Misty.
You, too, Karen. That would shake me, I think.

1. I was born in: Tucson Arizona
2. I have _2_ brothers and _0_ sisters. We are all adopted.
3. I was a youngest child. This affected me in the way I:was treated. I’m also the only girl so all that made me a daddys girl. I also watched my brothers do a lot of stupid stuff so i learned what being an idiot did to you and the people around you.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: my kids.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: unlimited pampering. Facials ans massages galore and of course this would be done at my beach house. Ok so maybe that’s more than one but you gotta dream big
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: room for improvement in space and content
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:I took accordian lessons when I was young ( and will deny it to this day)
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 9:54 pm.
I was born in Colorado Springs.
I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. I am also the eldest. It seems that most writers are.
Thing I’m proudest of: moving on after my divorce and not getting mired in the I hate you merry go round. We managed, after a long time, to create a healthy, post-divorce relationship so the kids can be happy with us both around. It was not easy, but it’s been good.
Also, have I mentioned that my kid is starting a clerkship with the supreme court on MONDAY???
With a million dollars, I’d buy a house in Breckenridge so I could have my kids come visit, and during weeks when it is 99 degrees here, I can go there and have it be 75.
When I look in my closet, I see a lot of bright color.
Something most people don’t know about me: I’m really afraid of heights.
Posted on July 5, 2012 at 10:09 pm.
1. I was born in a small town here in IL at a hospital that does not exist anymore, I only live 10 minutes from there now and except for 2 years when I lived in Cincinnati I have never lived more than an hour away from my birth town.
2. Its complicated on saying how many bros and sis’s I have, I have had many step ones over the years and even when divorces or deaths made them not my family anymore I still consider them family. So there are nine former and current step siblings. I have one half sister, we grew up together and even though she is the younger one, she is very protective of me.
3. I am older than my sister, but she acts more like the older sibling than I do. But I love having alone time and I think being eldest made me that way, I was a latch key child and she had to go to a babysitter. So while my mom was at work, I had several hours after school that I was alone.
4. The thing I am proudest of is, My Sons! They are very well behaved and smart and I want to cry because they are growing up so fast. But I am proud of myself for being a good mother and raising them right!
5. When I look in my closet I see a lot of old clothes that I cannot and probably will not wear ever again. I am really bad about letting things go.
6. Something that people don’t know about me…I have a very hard time socializing with other people, even people that I know. I was talking to my Aunt about this the other day and she was surprised that I feel the way I do. I get around other people and I feel like I don’t know what to say to them, even to family members that I’ve known my whole life. I know that sometimes people think I am being snooty, though I am far from that, again I just don’t know what to say. It can be very frustrating for me and sometimes kind of sad.

2. I have _2_ brothers and _2_ sisters.
3. I was a youngest daughter, but I have a younger brother. This affected me in the way I : dress. I always got the hand me downs and never enjoyed the latest fashions until I could buy them myself.
4. The thing I’m the proudest of is: my Architecture degree. I earned it late but is all mine, none the less.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: one hell of a nice trip around the world to see all of the castles and big houses, no expenses spared.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: confusion. I hate shopping for clothes and my closet reflects this.
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is: I have a rather twisted sense of humor. It shows up here pretty often but is otherwise hidden completely because I am really shy around people I don’t know.

5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be: a laptop
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of: disappointments
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is:
I’m fine going to malls and places like that, but uncomfortable going to events where I don’t know people–not always good with smalltalk (hate going to weddings by myself)

4. The thing I’m the proudest of is never having been caught red handed.
5. If I won a million dollars and wanted to buy myself one frivolous thing, it would be hmmm, a bentley convertible, butter yellow.
6. When I look in my closet, I see a lot of Color
7. Something that most people don’t know about me is that I play several musical instruments, and when pressed can actually sing, on key.
