Ab-alicious!

For Refreshment Only Sunday (FROS) is proud to focus today on that other football, soccer. Why, you ask? Because of one very sexy player named Mr. Altor Ocio:

Yeah, I was quite impressed, too.

Better yet, Altor is only one of SEVERAL sexy Spanish players, so there are more where this came from. YAY!

Although Altor’s not on the hugely winning Spanish team (he retired last month), he’s won tons of awards and is highly respected in his field.

And without his shirt, too. I’m respecting him right now. Are you?

You know, I don’t know what’s in the water in Spain, but I wish they’d ship it to Orlando so that I can slip it into the water supply here.

I think we need another dose of Altor, don’t you?

Ahhhh! That’s better.

Where was I? Oh yes, I was discussing Altor. Our sexy FROS retired from ‘the beautiful game’ just last month, but I couldn’t let him go without a proper send off.

Let’s all say good-bye now, shall we? “Good-bye, Altor!”

*sigh* I really need to watch more soccer.

Happy FROS, m’dears! And don’t be too sad that Alto’s leaving as a brand new FROS is arriving next week!

He’s quite pretty Karen, great choice for today’s FROS.

    1. Karen Hawkins says:

He’s very pretty, isn’t he? Those abs … sigh!

Karen are you mental?? There is no way I could in all conscientiousness say goodbye to that! Just ain’t gonna happen. No I will keep him, at least until next week, then we will talk.

      Verdad!

  6. Susan Mallery says:

I respect the bejeebers out of Altor. Though I will say, that weird necklace is distracting and must go.

    1. Kelly Ryan Watson says:

That weird necklace is what you grab a hold of to pull him toward you for a very long, hot kiss. You know, since he is, and always should be, shirtless!!!

    2. Freshechelle says:

      He’s wearing a necklace?

    3. Karen Hawkins says:

Yeah, it was a bit odd, but I thought perhaps it was from the little girl he’s talking to in the second picture.

Or so I hope, because otherwise … no.

  7. Julie says:

    oh my goodness……… ;)

    1. Karen Hawkins says:

Soccer, Julie. It (apparently) does a body good.

  8. LouisaCornell says:

Soccer certainly does my body good. Or is it HIS body that is doing my body good? Either way, I’m good with it!

  9. jam says:

as always karen, you find just the right one to make our day, even week! :) i do agree with the others though abt the necklace but he’s so hot somehow it doesn’t matter that much hehe
