Suzanne can I have your shirt please?! It is like so awesome and cool and I could wear it at Christmas time when I am in not the best of moods! (Seriously, it’s awesome).
Madeline you are not an idiot. I can recommend a book to help you with the 30 minute meals and that is Jamie’s 30 Minute Meals (Jamie Oliver also has one for 15 minute meals so even more time saving!)
Karen, what do you want a blow up Hugh Jackman for when you have Hot Cop? I mean, yeah Hot Cop isn’t Hugh but still, he is hot and he is a cop. Gotta love a man in uniform!
For my own list I want to actually get organized early every year with gifts and food so then I can be stress free and not have the usual results in my body because of said stress. I also want my darn parcels to arrive in the mail! Grrr!!!!
Now for the unselfish side of my list I guess I had better post the link to it, that way you know exactly what I am talking about. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmF2rsDHOZc
Most of all I want everyone I love to be happy. Books would be fantastic (and I am pretty sure that I am getting a gift certificate from New Guy’s mum for my favorite book store) but at heart, I want my loved ones happy and healthy.

The Goddesses rock! I desperately needed a giggle and this really, really did it. You guys are awesome. I got my Xmas gift early. I needed a new laptop because I crashed the other one I had. I love this one. It’s a little smaller than my old one. Red and black and the keys are large enough and really comfortable to use. I want peace and happiness for everybody including my family. As crazy as my family makes me I want them surrounding me not just at Xmas time but all the time. Oh but books and more books and more books would be awesome. Just saying. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone and not just the Goddesses themselves.

Thank you so much for the laugh this morning. I like the idea of being able to be any character in any book. The problem is trying to decide which character in which book. Merry Christmas everyone.

Thank you for putting this video together. I had such a great laugh. Great way to start a Saturday.

That was really great! And my 7 yr old daughter (whom is following in her fathers geeky footsteps) was in awe of Suzanne’s light sabers :shakinghead: it’s bad enough that we have one my husband made (very fancy electronic one)…sigh. Pretty sure no one wanted the um, sorry, creepy dog though. And I am still snickering over the blow up doll of Hugh
Nice lists ladies! Merry Christmas!

That was fabulous! Thanks. And I just might want to live in one of Barbara’s books. Let me have some fun deciding which one.
Merry Christmas goddesses.

Judy Judy Judy, love your name. Are you by chance a fan of the Andy Griffith Show or Cary Grant?
I agree, I want to live in a book too for a while! But I get to pick the book and the part of it that I want to live in.

Love it! Too funny!
And Sabrina, you know I love you beyond all reason, but with your red shirt and your pin right in that spot, you totally look like you’re wearing a Star Trek shirt!

Let me clarify–geeky girl that I am–this makes it even better!
Merry Christmas! Live Long and Prosper!

You all are special! On a morning that we all probably needed a pick up you did just that. Thank you.

Now that is a startling image to see first thing in the morning.

*giggle* Julia, the red nosed goddess

Thanks for going through all this to keep us entertained, Goddesses! You chicks sleigh me. (Sic)
Some special appreciation:
Red lipstick – yeah! Very festive.
The embellished tiara, coz they’re so drab, and the wrapping paper cape.
The tech struggles- iPhone osmosis- ha! There’s a simple app, Claudia, that teaches you simple Iphone tricks.
Sabrina took her act on location – that is commitment to a bit – well done!
Ladies, you all were real goers. Very entertaining!

LOVE THIS VIDEO! You ladies rock. That was a cool present for all of us. THANK YOU!!
I want PEACE, GOOD HEALTH and more of God’s GRACE for 2013. Seriously. I strive for those things.
Some book store gift cards would be nice too.
And Gerard Butler.
And Golden Grahams cereal.
(I mean, Gerard and I will need some snacks and I’m sure Karen will be too busy with Barbara and/or with Hugh to supply them for everyone…)
Posted on December 15, 2012 at 11:32 am.
I heart you all.

I just watched your video of what you all want for Christmas!I laughed, it’s so cute and funny. Well my wish would be: To receive lots of books to pop-up magically at my home! that would be amazing! Also, never forget Peace and Health! Merry Christmas to all of you!!

What a lovely idea to make this video! To all the Goddesses a Merry Christmas and hope you get something you want!
For myself, hm, winning the Christmas lottery would be great (there’s 3 million in the jackpot)… Moreover, my sister has her birthday on the 24th, so it’s always a special day to us.

We all had a blast putting the video together!! And special thanks to Sheridan for editing it all together.
And Fresh, I just wanted my lipstick to match my hat. *g*

That video was most entertaining and full of laughs! Although I’ve already met many of you in person, it is such a pleasure to “see” you again. It’s a joy to meet those of you I hadn’t met before. You’re choice of Christmas wishes is somewhat eclectic, though in some cases predictable, just sayin’, Karen.
My Christmas wish is for some UGGs to keep my feet toasty throughout the winter and for good health and safety for my girls.

You ladies ROCK! If we could be any character in any book – with Hugh Jackman. . .YAY! Merry Christmas!
Posted on December 15, 2012 at 2:17 pm.
Thank you for the lighthearted feelings this morning! I love your video and all of you! If I could be any character in any book, I’d have to go with Shanna or Bella Swan.
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and God Bless to all of you!

My Christmas list includes more novels! What else? Seriously, I have sent Santa a letter BEGGING him to cram as many novels as he can into my stocking and if he can find room anywhere, please fill that space with gift cards for more books. In addition and to put the icing on the cake, I’m hoping he will leave me two tickets for a cruise around the world with my sweet hubby so I can sit back and read these babies!
Merry Christmas, Everyone!

I really like the day in a book. Not sure which book but my first two choices would be either Sam Jellicoe in Suzanne Enoch’s books or Lady Osbaldstone from the Cynster series. It would be soo much fun to be that powerful and feared!

Happy Saturday Goddesses,
I would like a new black, armour for my bedroom. I need this to pretty much have my bedroom “finished”. I would not mind some Amazon money to purchase some ebooks. Otherwise I’m pretty much good to go.
Merry Christmas

As I told Sheridan on fb – I LOVE it! And I love you all! Since I’ve met most of you, it’s SO much funnier. Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, and Happy New Year to you all!
Posted on December 15, 2012 at 5:19 pm.
YOu guys are a riot. Loved it.
I would like Bruno Mars new cd, new dishes.
Not much else. Going to be a hard christmas this year
Posted on December 15, 2012 at 6:40 pm.
Such a great way to start my day even if I had to wait to comment, life interfered!
Got part of what I wanted already, my mom got here from Mn last night and tomorrow is her 87th b-day.
For the rest of my list: Tauras SHO(British Racing Green), always full Amazon gift card (there are a LOT of books to read),a week in each of these places- Scotland, Ireland, England, Italy, Egypt, and Harry Potter’s theme park. I would like to take my grands with me but I would go with just my sister if necessary. And wherever I go has to have internet access so I won’t miss my daily dose of TGB.
And Hugh Jackman.

You ladies never fail to make me smile!
Thank you!
I’ve put predictable grown-up things on my list this year…
I want a new dishwasher (the one we have now drives me CRAZY by never actually washing the dishes), and a new dyson vacuum cleaner. I probably won’t get them, but I’ve also put books and Ellen merchandise on my list as well, so I won’t be disappointed
If I could have ANYTHING for Christmas, though, I would ask for a two month long trip to Scotland (heck, if I’m wishing things, I’d want to stay there at least 1 year), including a two week tour of Highland castles (where you actually get to stay INSIDE the castles overnight). Oh, and I want Gerrard Butler to be my tour guide.
Posted on December 15, 2012 at 7:24 pm.
I’d like a diamond necklace.
Posted on December 15, 2012 at 9:57 pm.
Thank you for all the laughs! I hope you get your wishes.
- But don’t you know how dangerous it is to wear a red shirt in Star Trek?
I’m getting my wish for Christmas – all 15 members of my family altogether for only the second time this year.
Happy Holidays!

If I were to pick one Barbara Samuel book to live in it would be The Goddesses of Kitchen Avenue. As much as I love all of her books for some reason this one is the one I turn to when I need a comfort read. Love all the goddesses books though. No pouting. Oh and my three year old niece would love a light saber. LOL.

Not only did I find this hilarious, my husband did as well. He happened to be sitting next to me when I watched it. He was even quoting it to my kids last night. That brought up the question of whether or not Suzanne’s books contain oblique references to Star Wars. Since I didn’t know, we’ve determine it is time for me to reread all of Suzanne’s books. Well, I determined that. My husband was thanking the boys for this brilliant suggestion saying, “Great. Now the house won’t be cleaned until July.” LOL
Posted on December 16, 2012 at 11:43 am.
There were some great ideas in there. Can I please combine the 30 minutes meals with Hugh Jackman?
Also, I’d love to have a light saber battle with Suzanne. She beats me hands down on action figures, but I do still have my original Star Wars figures from when I was a kid.
