Ah, New York City, where the hot dogs stands are plentiful and fashion awaits on every corner. This week, I though we’d have our own fashion review here on FROS.
So grab your vintage purse, don that stunning new frock, slip your feet into your prettiest shoes, and get ready for the runway!
First up is Dolce and Gabbana! Here are a pair of opera glasses. Details are so important in fashion.
My, that Dolce line this year looks quite ah, tempting, doesn’t it?
Oh, look! There’s MORE Dolce coming at us down the runway now.
Impressive, Dolce. Impressive.
Oh look, the lights are changing and the music’s gone wild. I think it’s time for the Calvin Klein show! My, look at those Calvins.
Oh, and there’s another!
Stunning, Calvin. We’re all breathless.
Wait. The stage went dark. The music’s starting to pulse and now it’s . . . Guess! Nice branding moment, don’t you think? I know I’d like to brand this:
Wow. I do love Fashion Week, especially here at FROS.
Happy FROS, m’dears! May your week be as warm, sensual, and filled with FROSy surprises!

Um . . . Yeah . . . Right . . . I loved your novella. I got it the other day (overdrawn my account for it but your books are worth it) read it yesterday and was left wanting more. Happy Sunday!

I think The Gandy is rocking his briefs. He’s talented that-a-way!
I’m so glad that you got the novella, but hate that you overdrew your account — ooooohhhhh nooooooooooooo! I’m so sorry, Kelly. But I’m glad you enjoyed it. I’m always left wanting more after reading a novella, but then again, appetizers are like that, aren’t they?
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 12:59 pm.
Don’t worry Karen, it was just a couple of dollars overdrawn so it’s okay. Really.

All I can say is WOW!!!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 10:28 am.
Sandi, it woke me up, too.

Well, you really know how to start a girls day!!! WOW…

Rise and SHINE, Amy! Rise and SHINE!

Where to start… Hmm, guess I’ll just settle on David Beckham, since I know him best of all the candidates. But you certainly gave us lots of eye candy today. Thanks, Karen.
Forgot I had pre-ordered your novella, but when it popped up on my Fire I read it right away and loved it. Can’t wait for the next book.

dbrown, it’s always a win-win when you ‘start’ with David Beckham. I think that’s my favorite picture of him.
I’m so glad you enjoyed Princess in Disguise! It was a lot of fun to write a short, but I have to say, I’m in love with Oxenburg. I’m going to have a lot of fun writing the stories of all of those princes!

I have a young impressionable girl in my house today.. My youngest niece.. Thank goodness she is in the shower right now.. I would not want to educate her too soon on men in their underwear…LOL…or see what her Aunt Kathleen gets up to on her Sunday mornings..!!!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 10:41 am.
Oh Aunt Kathleen, you are the fun aunt, aren’t you? The Mame of aunts. I want to be that aunt, too.
I’m glad you shared some of your Sunday morning with us. I promise that next week’s FROS won’t be as show-offy, although it will still be fun!

Thanks for the entertaining, yet Brief look at fashion foundations for hard-bodied eye-candy…
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 10:43 am.
Lori, lol! I should have thought of doing a ‘brief history of Fashion Week.’ How did I miss that?
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 1:09 pm.
nice!

Thanks, Robin!

Isn’t it nice to know these lovely men will wear their outer clothing in such style and comfort??
Thank you for helping us cease worrying about these things. It is always nice to have visual proof to allay our concerns.

eviqn, exactly. This is a research piece. All about research. No. Other. Reason. AT ALL.

Who doesn’t love fashion?! Tighty Whiteys will never be the same.
I loved that Calvin commercial during the SuperBowl – makes me look at their product a little more. I also so some sexy ad in a magazine with Alex Skarsgard – definitely yummy.
Happy Sunday!

Carla, I too have a new appreciation for the almighty Tighty Whitey. Who KNEW?
I thought the Calvin commercial was stunning. And what a surprise during a Superbowl. Well done, Calvin!
Btw, Alex is one of my faves. That man certainly knows how to keep in shape!

“I know I’d like to brand this!” Haha Karen!
Those Dolce guys get me every time. They look so jolly!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 11:27 am.
Well now, I must say that your delicious pictures were a better eye-opener than that coffee I had this morning. Yum-Yum (said the Dirty Old Lady)!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 11:28 am.
those were awesome. Bless you.
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 12:28 pm.
Karen! It’s so cold out and these poor boys are sadly under-dressed! Blankets! We need blankets and hot baths and well don’t just stand there! Help me warm these boys up! The electric blanket is on in my bed, boys!

Can we get a front row seat?
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 1:40 pm.
Buffet, buffet, buffet!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 2:02 pm.
Big sigh. You have made the weekend worthwhile. It’s beautiful outside and I have been stuck inside sick. This brightened things up!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 4:51 pm.
Oh Karen, thanks for the front row seats for fashion week. I just wish that photographer had not captured all that drool running down my mouth!
Posted on March 3, 2013 at 7:24 pm.
First Karen I don’t think Hot Cop will appreciate the branding you have in mind. So, to keep you outta trouble, I will take care of that for you.
Second, you sure know how to pick the fashions. I didn’t know you were such a fashionista.
Third, what a way to end Sunday, and look forward to Monday.

Thank you, Karen. Such a devotion to fashion.

Funny I don’t usually enjoy fashion this much.
